which plan should we choose?
sized by area. essential suits smaller spaces, signature suits most standard spaces, professional suits large open-plan areas. email us the size of your space if you're not sure.
why is it cheaper here than on your public site?
$200 here includes the diffuser and your first oil, on an ongoing plan. $400 on the public site is a one-off, no plan attached.
how long does a refill last, and can we change scent?
4 to 6 months per 100ml refill, depending on your plan. pause or change scent any time, at no extra cost.
will fragrance bother people with sensitivities?
it can, for some people. intensity is adjustable and any unit can be paused. our fragrances meet IFRA and AICIS standards.
how long does delivery take?
2-3 business days for express, 4-7 business days for standard.
