Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Due to health, hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used Eau De Parfum
products.
Any return request for an opened or used Eau De Parfum will be automatically declined.
Unopened Eau De Parfum products may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the
return conditions outlined in this policy
kirri products are covered against manufacturing defects under the warranty periods outlined below.
Consumable products such as fragrance oils, candles, reed diffusers, room sprays and Eau De Parfum are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. However, these products remain covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under
Australian Consumer Law.
