why not just open a window?
you should. but once it's shut again, soft furnishings bring the musty smell straight back.
does it need wifi?
no. the kirri app connects over bluetooth, so it works at free camps with no signal.
why not a candle?
an open flame in a small space, near curtains and gas, isn't worth it. our diffusers have no flame and no heat.
will it cope with rough roads?
there's no water in it, so there's nothing to spill. pack it in a cupboard while you're driving.
how long does the oil last?
a 100ml beacon oil typically lasts 6 to 12 months. a 15ml element oil, 1 to 3.
how fast is delivery?
express is 2 to 3 business days. standard is 4 to 7.
will the scent bother anyone sensitive to fragrance?
it can. you can pause it anytime from the app. our fragrances meet ifra and aicis standards.
