sandalwood and cedar, with cardamom, iris and amber underneath. warm and dry, with presence but no sweetness. the safest choice for a reception.
fig tree
fresh fig and citrus over cedarwood, plum and soft musk. brighter and more open. suits glass-fronted receptions and lighter fitouts.
dream
citrus and bergamot into jasmine and tea, on musk and amber. the lightest of the three, and the cleanest in a small room.

which plan should we choose?
most receptions suit essential or signature depending on size. professional is for larger reception areas. if you're unsure, start on essential. you can move up without changing the diffuser.
why is it $200 here and $400 on your site?
$400 is what the diffuser and a 100ml oil cost publicly, and you can see it listed. $200 is the same package through our engineering firms program, when it comes with a plan. the discount is applied at checkout.
how long does a 100ml bottle last?
three to six months in most receptions, at typical hours and intensity. run it harder and it's faster. if oil is arriving faster than you use it, push the delivery back in your account.
can we change or pause the plan?
yes. pause deliveries, change scent or reschedule yourself in your account at any time. stop whenever you like and you keep the diffuser and any oil already delivered.
Is it noisy, and where does it sit?
a light hum while it's dispersing, unlikely to be noticeable over normal reception noise. it sits on the floor or a table, within half a metre of a power point, and stays plugged in while running.
will fragrance bother clients or staff with sensitivities?
it can, for some people. intensity is adjustable and the unit can be paused whenever needed. worth raising with whoever sits at reception before you start. our fragrances are formulated to IFRA standards and comply with AICIS regulations.
what's the warranty?
12 months as standard, and for as long as you're on a plan. a unit that's years old is still covered while the subscription is running.
can we try the scents first?
yes. sample packs aren't listed on the site. tell us the size of your reception and what you're considering, and we'll come back with options.
