kirri smart diffusers are waterless, so care is simple.
before you start
- unplug it: always switch off and unplug before you clean
- no water: the element, beacon, pillar and micro run on oil only. never add water or cleaning solution
- care card: follow the care card that comes with your diffuser
day to day
- wipe it down: a soft, dry cloth clears dust from the outside
- kirri oils only: traditional refills contain perfumer's alcohol and damage smart diffusers. see which oil fits my diffuser
- swap when empty: screw in a new bottle once the oil runs out
if the scent drops
- check the oil: a near-empty bottle is the most common cause
- check the app: make sure your setting and schedule are on
